@JCautec and the @NBN_Australia have NO update on their site as to when it will be finalised. They also have NO contact details for calling them for an update either. Why then do the public servants get a bonus?

@LocalReason @NBN_Australia Questionable the bonuses but as per definition "Unlike employees in Commonwealth Government Departments, nbn staff are not public servants within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999" Australia Post employees aren't public servants either.

@JCautec @NBN_Australia Hang on. NBN Co Limited (NBN Co) is a wholly-owned Commonwealth company. Does that mean the govt can make ALL departments companies and we get ZERO public servants?

@NBN_Australia what a fantastic complaints service you have. Don’t return calls, ignore what is written by customer in the complaint and condone NBN technicians giving misleading advice about placement of NBN connection point leaving customer with awful internet performance.
