@bluehost I have screenshots of all this activity and I need to get the money back for the payment I never authorized in the first place. Certainly I will not be recommending @bluehost to any of my clients.

@bluehost Then I was given a link from the @bluehost agent I was chatting with to reset my email that I have had with them over many years. It asked for government ID and a utility bill. So this is either gross inability with @bluehost systems or it is verging on fraud.

So I start a chat with an agent at @bluehost who says I need to give them a 6 digit code from my logged in account and I explain my password issue. So they then say I need to provide an OTP code which was emailed to me, which I never got. So I was told I need to reset my email

Today, I get a charge from @bluehost for three years hosting on a website I have not used for a long time and which no longer responds. So I try to log into @bluehost am told that my password expired, so I try to reset it three times via password reset emails all failed.
