@Telstra Telstra forwards me scam messages every day via SMS. I pay Telstra to provide me with a service and this is what they do - forward me scam text messages. What is Telstra doing to address this?

@Telstra Just over an hour before there's no real chance of resolving this issue today. Automated systems and no alternatives or redundancies on weekends, despite staff trying to help, means I've lost hours out of today and not been able to use a service that I pay a monthly fee for.

@Telstra @Telstra what was meant to be a 20-30 minute process took over 2 hours in store and could not be resolved because of an automated system that could not be overridden on a weekend by retail staff.

@Telstra @Telstra - 1 hour 50 minutes. I've now left the store. The staff were very helpful and apologetic. They were even willing to try and help me resolve this tomorrow morning but the people responsible don't start work U til 10am so it can't be fixed before I have to leave for a week

@Telstra I was at the store today for just under 2 hours while the staff tried to resolve it. I need to go to other appointments this afternoon. There's 2 hours and 5 minutes until the store closes and I won't be able to exchange the phones.
