Once again, the useless, lazy so-called delivery person from @auspost has failed - refused - to deliver a package. In less than 30 seconds they rang the doorbell twice and vanished. As an individual suffering serious mobility issues, that is actually quite discriminatory

@auspost Thanks for the reply. It’s very disappointing to me as a customer to hear that having set up a system that works, with a very convenient location, that you’re replacing it with an alternative that will be worse.

@fuwap15 @MRowlandMP @auspost @LPOGroup These issues have been reported since November last year to Auspost! Malfunctioning equipment! And loss of transparency in reporting! Voided transactions with no history and yet customer and operator know it happened so does cctv!
