@auspost It’s been done but it took far too long for a carton with basic items in it. The need select a list of the exact contents is taking far too long. The agents aren’t familiar with the drop-down menu. It was stressful for all. And held up the queue.

@fuwap15 @MRowlandMP @auspost @LPOGroup These issues have been reported since November last year to Auspost! Malfunctioning equipment! And loss of transparency in reporting! Voided transactions with no history and yet customer and operator know it happened so does cctv!

@auspost I have a parcel that has been stuck in Coventry for 3 weeks, how do I get the details of the location? I paid for express international postage and it’s been in a holding facility for over 3 weeks.!. So much for getting a birthday present to someone on time

@auspost why does sending a parcel internationally now take over 1/2 hour as the dropdown menus for contents are so difficult to use by the post office clerks. I had to leave one PO carrying a 6 kg carton back to my car as the guy couldn't fill in the online form!!!!

@DingoNews1 Thanks mate! Have been doing it for a long time now. @auspost , through Licensed Post Offices, produce wonderful stamp issues to honour Anzac Day and Rememberance Day, every year.

The only advantage @auspost had over its competition was its community connection. They just threw that away. Their competition is now cheaper, more reliable and more convenient. #auspol must really want a fire sale because this strategy will #fail if that's not the goal
