@CommBank This call was something really important to me. It was a critical financial issue. The stress and anxiety you caused for 63 minutes and then basically told me to wait 2 days and then call back. Seriously - that’s what I was told. I am beyond furious. 2/2

I was supposed to be at Pandemonium Fest today but it was such a cockup, the bands I wanted cancelled/asked not to play, they never responded till my refund request, I was on ABC, I’m now asking for chargeback from @CommBank - who keep asking for MORE information!
