Day 8 of struggling with TQ tkt booking on @IRCTCofficial. The payment page keeps freezing, turning AVL TKT into WL ones. IRCTC should clearly state that the app is designed for agents, not for regular users. This is unacceptable. Shame on the management! #IRCTC #TatkalTicketScam
