@insideFPL Hello. Power outage occurred 3629 NW 22 CT/ 33142 Miami@ 4:55pm, outage was reported and I was given several False ETAs regarding problem being addressed until ultimately the ETA stated “indefinite”. Being disabled this is highly inappropriate!

@insideFPL how is it we pay what we pay for power. Which is terrible. And you can not manage to keep power on during a rain storm? Is this because of poor management? Is this because of people making stupid decisions?

If a tree that needs trimmed and the tree co. won’t cut it down because the branches are near @insideFPL power lines, don’t call FPL to trim it. They will jack you around for weeks. Just cut some of the tree and make the branches hit the lines. Then FPL will come out fast.

@gethotwire Our community switched to Hotwire about a year ago. I was skeptical, but it’s been great! And the service is OUTSTANDING. Ystdy a construction crew cut a power line, then FPL crew damaged the fiber optic lines (allegedly!). I was mad to lose a day of work. But @insideFPL & 1/
