@insideFPL I have been paying FPL bill for at least 20 years using their eBill service. This month FPL stopped their eBill service and I wasn't notified. So basically I wasn't able to pay with their eBill service, but they charged me a late fee. Nice of you @insideFPL

@insideFPL I’ve tried everything to get someone to call me about a code violation done by FPL on a water head connection that needs adjustment for liability reasons and no one has called in 3 weeks. 4 calls to FPL and no one has called or looked at it. What’s the next step?
