@Outlook Well, thanks for replying. Marking as 'not spam' doesn't work, I don't think whitelisting does either but the problem is too widespread to whitelist everything.

@Outlook Is there any way to stop my HoTMaiL account (since '96) -which I pay for- from marking genuine emails as spam?! Safelisting, marking as not spam (*multiple times*)-nothing works... newsletters, bank statements, booking dot com, mailing lists - all in Junk whatever I do!

The recovery account form is ridiculous too, as it does not work!

Though not even able to get a verification code to the phone number and it’s asking for an alternative way of verification. Outlook said ‘engineers are aware of the issue and are working on it’
