Your internet is absolutely shocking I can't even get 5 minutes for internet because it keeps disconnecting I rang your company to cancel the internet as I'm moving to a different provider the internet is In my partners name not once was it questioned my ID
@OriginBroadband Origin cut off my mother's phone on 27.03.24.
It is now 03.04.24.
This was some network upgrade that was supposed to take hours.
She is 98 and lives on her own.
Nobody answered their help line over bank holiday.
They agree to call you back and don't.
It takes 30 mins to call them
@OriginBroadband You’re obviously not working hard enough. I have been having problems with my internet constantly lagging and going offline for over a year, I am basically paying for a service I am not receiving. I can’t even get a reliable enough connection to watch a short YouTube video
@OriginBroadband another engineer been & gone telling my 85year old mother with health issues all good with broadband LIES ALL LIES But your not open on a Sunday? Pathetic !!! Last 3 years this has been going on no word of why? No replies to posts???
