As per warranty they are supposed to replace it but they reasoning it as Physical damage one of the worst service I'm seen. I don't recommend OnePlus headsets to anyone so far 4 headsets got damaged(known members who bought). @OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support @oneplus
