@OnePlus_Support Thanks For your reply I have talked to customer care, no solution found. There was an offer from OnePlus that if you order the OP 12R before 5th April at 12pm, you will get free buds or I selected the color of the buds and added them to the cart, why did I not get them?

@oneplus Never buy OnePlus product , Some time ago i purchased a buds, now they have some issues i visit service centre but He refused saying that the company does not provide any repair and change policy.

@OnePlus_Support New replacement again the product stopped working in 7 days this time. Thats why I call it a bullshit quality product you are selling with flashy artworks and customers r being fooled.
