@OnePlus_Support Thanks For your reply I have talked to customer care, no solution found. There was an offer from OnePlus that if you order the OP 12R before 5th April at 12pm, you will get free buds or I selected the color of the buds and added them to the cart, why did I not get them?

Thank you @OnePlus_IN for acknowledging the issue and get this resolved. I got the buds today and I hope no one will have this kind of experience in future.

@oneplus Never buy OnePlus product , Some time ago i purchased a buds, now they have some issues i visit service centre but He refused saying that the company does not provide any repair and change policy.

@OnePlus_Support New replacement again the product stopped working in 7 days this time. Thats why I call it a bullshit quality product you are selling with flashy artworks and customers r being fooled.

@OnePlus_Support I seen your support and quality both after buying 2 earbuds for my family members as a gift and they both stopped working in gap of 10-15 days and now after complaining and reaching customer support in Patna there is no product provided as sometimes stock or after gettingRelated Services
