@OnePlus_IN returned oneplus 12r for handset storage configuration misinformation , have submitted all my bank account details for refund, still haven't received any. Worst after sale service. Plz see into this matter, and initiate the refund.

@Cato_0001 @OnePlus_IN @oneplus Yeah, the thing is. UFS 3.1 isn't the issue for 99% people, the fact that they lied is. But that doesn't mean it doesn't deserve criticism. People really wanting UFS 4.0 are already refunding their 12Rs.

@OnePlus_IN The problem is other phones do NOT have the required features & that you have removed or downgraded features. That's the reason I waited 4 #OnePlus12    not even 12R #OnePlus motto #NeverSettle is enforcing to settle at a lower variant phone. Why is the #restrictionPolicy?
