@NBN_Australia our connection cut out tonight and your outages page doesn’t say anything untoward but it’s simply not connecting. My provider’s page also doesn’t mention any outage.

@JimPine8 @NBN_Australia I'd love 100/100. That's up to 3 TVs playing 4k, a couple video calls and sending files. Asynchronous is just good for streaming companies, synchronous means small business can compete.

@NBN_Australia @Optus order 1002562466. Ordered an nbn fttp due to be installed between 1-5pm. Cancelled other meetings. At 16.49 was on the phone for 1.15hr. After giving 4 security checks and passwords, I am told Optus still do not know when the technician will turn up.

Why isn’t the @NBN_Australia obliged to give us proper notice of intended outages @MRowlandMP? We say we’ve moved to a hybrid work environment but that requires dependable internet. I live 13km from the centre of Sydney

@NBN_Australia Thanks for your reply, Lachlan, I will try this again for a resolution but if they are not seeing the drop-outs I doubt they will raise a ticket for further investigation. As you can understand I'm premium price for a 25/5MBPS plan with 15 drop-outs in 24 hours.

@NBN_Australia Hi I'm also experiencing drop-outs which I have contacted my RSP advising to reboot modern/Router and changed modern settings which hasn't resloved drop-outs I have monitored with a log file of all drop-outs. RSP not seeing out-drops. Please provide e-mail address.
