apparently letting me download a credit card statement from the website/app is too hard for @qantas money (which is basically owned by @NAB) it's also very apparent that both @NAB and @qantas don't want to fix it because they pass the issue to the other...

Attended a @NAB branch today for a txn I couldn't undertake online. Whilst there I witnessed the tellers being shouted at, talked down to, blamed for nab's interest rates & generally treated badly. Each of the 3 were polite, professional & efficient Do better people #disgusting

I just had a call from my bank warning me that hackers had accessed my mainframe and were trying to steal my money. Fortunately they were able to assist me in transfering my finances into a new, unhackable account. Terrific customer service, @NAB
