The issue could have been handled way more smoothly n maturely and it shouldn’t cause the customer so much distress. Pls fix your systems. Such a huge tech company doesn’t have a way to track which delivery person is picking which product.! @myntra time to get some coding done.

Thank you @MyntraSupport @myntra my issue has been resolved and refund has been credited. However let me highlight the fact that it’s the 15th today and my ordeal started on the 2nd, including the point where your execs told me I won’t get the refund, come what may.
