How a person that too senior citizen will resolve it as all local nearby MTNL offices are closed. So if you don't want to give services then better shut it down

@MTNLOfficial I called 1500. No answer! I called 1507. No answer. I called the GM(hahaha). Obviously no answer. My phone has been down since 4 days. In Modi's digital India, is there no way to get recourse?? Well, Wah MTNL, Wah!! 26106099 is the number, in case someone's seeing

Complaint number 1046682, date 04.04.24 no network in nehru vihar(delhi 110094) since 4 days. this area always face ths issue,mtnl works in all delhi areas.every second month netwrk goes down here @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MIB_India @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw sir.

Paid my mobile bill before 10 days to MTNL, even after 10 days the mobile is still suspended, called up customer care and they say server down send a email. No response on email, if this is the Digital India govt is talking I don't want such Govt in power

@MTNLOfficial Trying to pay mtnl-mumbai landline bill since last 5 days. None of the UPI platforms are working for bill payment. MTNL services are down it says. MTNL website itself is not working for me to pay. Tomorrow is the due date. Unnecessary penalty is not what i want.Related Services
