@MTNLOfficial my landline phone has been dead for 2 weeks. I repeatedly complained on website & 1130. getting various complaint numbers and later I find all complaints getting cleared without my phone getting fixed. Top of that I m sent monthly bill to pay on time. Is this fair?

#mtnl DISAPPOINTED land line been out for more than a month . What do you except Sr.Citizens to do who are not used to smart phone. How do they reach out in emergency? Sadly they made a deposit of payment and are now left helpless. Santacruz West . Not the service you expect

Even your signals for mobile service is also a huge problem. No or limited connectivity even after changing sim & handset!

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial My complaint number is 2636. The landline is still not working. Its been a month now and you expect us to pay the bill. How can I disconnect the phone online, there’s no option on the MTNL website. Please let me know the procedure. Thank you
