Finally switching to @Verizon from @MetroPCS Last straw was when I called 911 and was not able to hear the operator. Good thing it was not an emergency because I had to reset my phone. No more dropped calls either. You get what you pay for.

Because shit only seems to get done when I call a company out on Twitter...hey @MetroPCS how the hell are y'all turning off my phone for nonpayment when my bill isn't due for 17 days and YOU refunded me the $26.66 it cost to NOT activate the phone I was switching to yesterday???

@MetroPCS Gm! Cannot get any help with my phone not working. A new phone bought in Jan. Not charging and getting over heated. Call MetroPCS the recorder stated the call center is closed. I have no service and my child has to go to school. Not good service.
