Fvcking banks! I forgot to do the 4 tap & go purchases this month (less than $16 worth of hash browns) and the pricks at #MeBank have denied me over $500 in account interest.

@mebank @mebank's chat support is awful, send a message, get a reply 30 minutes later, send another one, get a reply an hour later etc - clearly understaffing their chat support anyhow, apparently my balance didn't grow and so I'm ineligible except that my statement shows that it did

@mebank’ ME Go product FYI. Good rate but impossible to see whether you’ve met the requirements or not, or to see what the balance of an account was on a particular date which is one of the relevant criteria (balance must grow).

@mebank Now that this is over please reward your IT team & customer service team for their endurance during this outage. And if your executives ever decreased staff in these areas to increase their bonuses - dock those executives pay.
