I phoned the customer and asked what happened; they said they needed to improve the service, so they INCREASED the price of my plan and they were able to fix the plan by lowering the date to 20GB at the same price. I wasn't expecting that they charged me $15 for it. @koodo

Cell phone companies have monopoly in Canada and arbitrarily increase their rates at will. I switched to @koodo a few months back and now they increased their prices. Customer service is pretty sub standard and they don't really care. Will be switching to another provider. @TELUS

@KRaymerBishop @koodo So happy you got hooked up with this plan. I rarely go on wifi anymore. I’m on my phone a lot and never ever have overages. I picked rollover data as my perk so I have tonnes of data every month. So happy with @koodo

@koodo I did take a look at the offers and they are about the same as what I was bumped up to. The funny part is I received a text with an offer for the same rate plan that was taken from me IF I purchase a new phone from Koodo. The real issue is the timing the price increase.

@koodo Yes. I've tried many things. Even gone in-store to see if they could do something. I have to click in and out of airplane mode many times a day (10-20), just so I can reset the connect to the tower. I can barely receive a phone call at times. The phone is still under warranty.
