#IRCTC Tatkal ticket booking is biggest ever scam ever happen to Passengers. Looks like agents having preferences over normal people. Was logged out at sharp 10am for AC & 11am for gen seat booking and was thrown errors when I get chance to book.

Tell me what was my mistake? Your UTS app has errors every time. You dont have frequency of local trains from Cst to Kalyan between 8:30 -9:15am which is prime hours for employees. Is this how you r looking after passengers? This is so not done.. very disappointing! #uts #irctc
