I booked a train ticket for 20 April which wasn't confirmed & made payment via credit card cancelled on 19 April. IRCTC & I cancelled 5 tickets, awaiting a refund IRCTC & ICICI confirmed refund processed, but ICICI unable to track in statement. #refundissue #IRCTC #ICICI

Tell me what was my mistake? Your UTS app has errors every time. You dont have frequency of local trains from Cst to Kalyan between 8:30 -9:15am which is prime hours for employees. Is this how you r looking after passengers? This is so not done.. very disappointing! #uts #irctc
