Railways are charging fairs unfairly even if the tickets has been cancelled from their end. I had faced many times also in my recent journey. I was charged Rs. 387 at the time of booking but when it got cancelled from IRCTC they deducted and refunded the amount Rs. 230. #IRCTC

#IndianRailways #railwayminister #irctc we are travelling from samastipur to varanasi from Pavan express 11062 PNR 6528155719 B1 coach, entire coach have been captured by students. We are facing issue, kindly take intervention.
