Anyone else found #Santander #Agesist towards folk who do not have a #mobilephone so cannot use #OTP for internet transactions? It would not let pay for the TV licence on their card!!! I use #HSBC . I paid their license fee using my card with no OTP prompts at all!! #Bank #ruleRelated Services
