@HSBC is the worsest of the banking to deal with it.. Without any prior notice and for the reasons they don't even say, they closed my salary account It's high time to encourage such banks

@HSBC_IN @HSBC_UK @HSBC @PMOIndia @CMOfficeUP using HSBC CC & had bill of ₹50000.13 & i paid ₹50000 & in my next bill i was charged ₹250+GST late fees for not paying 13 paise. Is that justified? Is this the kind of customer service we expect from foreign banks for Indians?

@timweb3_ @HSBC These banks specially in UK are the worse Tim. They act as of they own your money and freeze your account without notice, its ridiculously stupid and wrong. I had HSBC before too.

Went to @HSBC for a meeting about a loan. While waiting, saw a sign that said they came 15th out of 15 banks in an 'overall customer satisfaction' survey. Left the meeting understanding why and started the process to move all of our business and personal accounts to another bank.
