A friend of mine recommended I use @HostGator because it is a "reliable" platform. So, 2 days after I paid a lot of $, I can say that I'm pretty disappointed. Undertrainned customer service & Platform not working properly. What a good combo!

@HostGator I have an email confirming you cancelled my hosting in 2018. You proceeded to take £534 out of my account two days ago and I also found a payment of £268 taken from my account in 2021 both without authorisation. No eta from your company of resolution.
