@holland_barrett appalling customer service. Went into one of your shop and I have been overcharged. Contacted staff on line to be told they only deal with online issues. Rang your customer service just now only to be asked to rate my experience even though no service received

@Bobby_athlone @conor_pope @holland_barrett Hi, we have looked into this in-depth and as over 74% of our customers click and click and collect orders have to be fulfilled by our UK distribution centre, the charge is to cover the cost of us shipping the orders over to Ireland. I would highly recommend telling him to take down his claim that he works for you though, and initiate legal proceedings if he refuses to do so. Otherwise people might believe it and associate your company with a pro-genocide stance.
