@HathwayBrdband Internet is not working at Sahwas Corner Karve Nagar Pune- 411052 since morning. CC number is of no use as some chat bot is just talking and could not solve the issue. No dedicated person is available on CC number. It's affecting my WFH. Plz solve issue ASAP

@JioCare I have been hearing this lame excuses from the support team for the past two days Disappointed there aren't confirmed slots yet for the Home Care Engineer visit that too in metropolitan city like Pune. My previous provider #Hathway was way more reliable. Fix this issue ASAP

Earlier @Hathwaybrdband used to rectify the the fault within hours of posting complaint on their AI enabled app. Now, nobody cares. Today whole day there was no internet. Are you there, @pune_hathway ?

@HathwayBrdband has been at home since long and was giving good service. But now since last 2 months it works only for 5 to 6 hours daily. Complaints don't help. Time to ditch this service? @pune_hathway

@HathwayBrdband whats wrong with ur support team I have already dropped mail regarding call spamming through dreamtechchit@gmail.com but your team is calling me 10 to 20 times still for 2 years back closed broadband.
