@HathwayBrdband Now ! A good tactics ! Your call center guy says ISSUE IS MARKED resolved. We didn't get any call but your system marked "WE TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER MANY TIME " Shame on this tactics. I should have taken second connection of @airtelindia , Did a serious BLUNDER.

Absolute worst service. They automatically changed plan from monthy to weekly without consent and charging Rs. 250/week. I’ve already paid for three weeks and when I ask them to correct their mistake, the customer supports rudely says to pay Rs.550 @HathwayBrdband

@HathwayBrdband Can you please terminate my account and refund the receivables asap. It's been almost 3 months but still no refund. And on top of that your executives call me ~15 calls/day for renewal of account which doesn't make any sense. Read all above chain of tweets @HathwayBrdband
