@HathwayBrdband your service is truly bad and if I can't speak to customer service how will my problem get resolved and your new customer AI is a complete fraud. I have an Airtel broadband in office and you all should learn from them, how to handle a complaint

@HathwayBrdband my internet has been down from yesterday afternoon and I have tried calling your customer service many times however after going through all those service menu and finally when it's about to connect to your customer service rep, the call gets disconnected.
