@HathwayBrdband how these people work... I'm still getting SMS messages saying that if I don't pay, my connection will be cut. But if I need to pay 9898, then my balance should show 707. Why is it showing 9898? Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.

@HathwayBrdband Now ! A good tactics ! Your call center guy says ISSUE IS MARKED resolved. We didn't get any call but your system marked "WE TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER MANY TIME " Shame on this tactics. I should have taken second connection of @airtelindia , Did a serious BLUNDER.
