@HathwayBrdband Folks, go for @airtelindia or @ACTBroadbandIn if you are in Bangalore. Hathway team does not know how to fix basic issues. Their Appellate authority in Bangalore is the most ignorant. Tickets are closed without resolving. DO NOT take Hathway #CustomerServiceFail

@HathwayBrdband Hathway sucks. Their team at Bangalore are absolutely untrained and unprofessional. Hathway cannot even rectify a mistake they created. Looks nice no smart ones work here. What is weird? Auto responses! Try @ACTBroadbandIn or @airtelindia if you are in Bangalore.

@HathwayBrdband Your settings only allow verified accounts to send DMs. Usually, most Orgs allow DM from everyone. But yeah, my concern is your Broadband Bangalore team makes a mistake, no fix done , and causes pain to the customer.(8 months to fix a bill? Ridiculous! #BadCustomerExperience

Great innovation by #HathwayBroadband to handle customer complaints 1. Make impossible to reach customer care. 2. On social media, say it's being addressed. 3. After few days, close ticket, announce it's been resolved without resolving issue! @HathwayBrdband Great invention!
