Seriously, even non-existent WhatsApp support is better than yours. You've blocked my whole account for no reason. And yeah, @GooglePlay , how to apply for a refund? Because getting a subscription to a service that bans you for no reason is something that is out of line.

I sold a Shirt to @GooglePlayBiz they did not wear it for 6 months so I went to their home and brought it back. Sounds stupid right ? It's the same thing @GooglePlay @GooglePlayBiz did with my developer account for which I paid my lifetime fees for.
