Hey @Google, @GooglePlay, @F1 - My friend has a @F1Help sub, it auto-renewed this year, she did not cancel it because she became paralysed from neck down, lost 80% of her sight and has suffered several strokes, we found out via her bank statement but you refuse to refund?
