@scammo_ @solanafm @googleanalytics for our own platform, we track retention rate. We're now tracking migrating retention rate (i.e. Solscan -> SolanaFM -> Solscan). With this new build on, we can also analyse migrants who're trying to change. This metric is extremely useful for features, since it helps!

@scammo_ @solanafm @googleanalytics Could be both, but both of us have confirmation bias to a certain extent. That's why I proactively look outside the team for feedback so that opinions become more use case biased than product-biased.
