@GoDaddyHelp ?? I’m referring here to my real time and live calls with GoDaddy tech support. Why would I troubleshoot virtually when you can’t even figure out how to solve the problem when I call? I don’t understand why a DM would make a difference???

@sh0kunin @GoDaddy Horrible @GoDaddy customer service!! Tech support person emailed me after our call and promised to follow up today to resolve email issues which have persisted for weeks! He did not!! What’s up with your service GoDaddy? 3+ weeks with no email!

@rosskre Thank you Ross! Site was down last 2 days as I had to move all sites to a new server on godaddy. Back up and running normal now
