Hi @AskFrontier @FrontierCorp - after countless problems late last year & finally getting my bill straightened out, our new bill does not include a promised monthly discount. I’ve tried to reach my earlier contacts but have been ignored after repeated emails to them. Help.

I’m a @FrontierCorp customer. Internet has been down since Monday a.m. Frontier seems to feel that 4 days is an acceptable time for a tech to come out. It isn’t! I work from home tho I was on vaca, supposedly. Can’t even watch TV
