@FrontierCorp @TheStevieAwards The most IRONIC award as all the the svcs they have which depend on their own internet are down-thus I can't tell them my phone service is down because their telephones dont answer, chatbots down, app is down, website said doesn't affect Residential. Haha. They don't even know.

@FrontierCorp They put fliers on doors where I live. Raised the prices $5 when I signed up. “Joe“ said is because of where I live. sounds like bait and switch or discriminatory towards certain neighborhoods. Is that like redlining for votes?

@triaxmax @FrontierCorp They refused to acknowledge there was an issue in the area when I called them, and said it was a hardware issue on my end, and set up a service call for next Thursday.

@FrontierCorp If frontier was that concerned, I wouldn't have had to call every # u have only to get disconnected or transferred to multiple people who said they fixed our account but didn't. U seem more worried about my comment thanactually giving us the high speed internet that was promised
