Do not use @FrontierCorp. They made me switch to Fiber and April 1 installed it but left the cable laying in my yard and called twice still no one can help. Their system is messed up so image how great this fiber is. Ling time customer ready to switch to another company

@AskFrontier @FrontierCorp what’s up with the poor outage communications? Got a text about my outage yesterday, 2 hours later a message the outage was resolved which it isn’t. Then had to call in to find out the outage was still ongoing. It’s the next day and no service
