Frontier Broadband Internet Problems in Usa

@FrontierCorp We had issues w/our internet & after talking to a rep they said they’d send us a new modem. It never arrived. Then they said a technician would come to the house - but not for 2 days. My husband works from home & we had spotty internet for 12 days. They refunded us for those days

@FrontierCorp I tried the DM and it temporarily locked my account. Not a good start, but is this Frontier Communications cable/phone/internet group for WV?

Yes @FrontierCorp I will wait four days for you to come out and fix the cable TV and internet connection at home because I have to. Four days of having to use my phone's hot spot just to type this. Thanks a bunch!

@FrontierCorp what gives with the internet outage during business critical updates? Your outage map says there isnt an outage in my area and your customer service phone line doesnt put a human on. There will be lawyers involved if this does not get resolved asap.
