If a tree that needs trimmed and the tree co. won’t cut it down because the branches are near @insideFPL power lines, don’t call FPL to trim it. They will jack you around for weeks. Just cut some of the tree and make the branches hit the lines. Then FPL will come out fast.

Hey @insideFPL remember when you said @cityofpensacola was paying the highest rates in the State and that you would reduce them when you merged with Gulf Power and then doubled all our bills? Because I sure do. I had a $500 power bill this month when temps were really mild.

@insideFPL HELP! FPL's EVolution program fails to address complaints or disputes despite clear evidence of errors. There are no provided emails or phone numbers for quick resolution, leaving customers without a means to be attended to promptly, with wait times exceeding an hour.

@proberts01 @insideFPL The $38 per month includes 1,500,000 WH of power per month. Did you calculate what you use to charge your EV at $0.13/KW? I was using 1.2MW per month for around $130, now I pay $38? What am I missing except less trips to the bank?
