@GavinNewsom It's not consumer demand when new house builds are forced to include solar panels. California is definitely more accepting of converting to electricity. We put panels on out home, but now we're just getting royally screwed on our bill by @SCE.

@SCE u guys claim I nvr have money in my acct when I have NEVER missed a payment, nor have I had insufficient funds, so now I have 2 pay an extra $1.65, 2 pay my bill. If u do that 2 the ~15,000,000 California residents that you serve, that's ~$24,750,000 profit a MONTH Sleezy!
