@insideFPL Hello. Power outage occurred 3629 NW 22 CT/ 33142 Miami@ 4:55pm, outage was reported and I was given several False ETAs regarding problem being addressed until ultimately the ETA stated “indefinite”. Being disabled this is highly inappropriate!

Shoutout to @insideFPL who showed up unannounced this morning with 5 trucks to replace a damaged pole by my house. Half a day without power AND they ripped out the internet connection while they were fixing things. Best of all, they don’t care said it’s not their responsibility.
