@DHeart197 @fitbit This killed my charge 5 - the Dec update didn’t fix it. I looked at the 6 but see the same random stop and instability complaints already.

Purchased a Fitbit versa4 for my daughter over thanksgiving. Google is mandating an update that doesn’t connect on the watch. Called support 4 times and no timetable for a fix and not very helpful. Pretty disappointed kid. @Google @FitbitSupport @fitbit @sundarpichai
