@fitbit Yes I have done that already, no dice. I am in Canada. I already contacted support and they offered a 50% discount.

@MUO_official As expected @fitbit isn't worse or better than other tracking devices - didn't know about green light not working as well on darker skin, have tracker on inner wrist so lighter skin
