The @fitbit Ace 3 children's smart watch has the worst setup experience of any product I have ever used by miles. A Kafkaesque tangle of gmail account, android device, family management and other byzantine requirements. 3 hours in, no closer to sorting out this birthday present.

Dear @fitbit why did you sell your soul to the devil, i.e. @Google, nothing’s worked ever since, your app is banjaxed again, have to ‘forget’ my device and repair every other day, it’s an absolute shambles. Hope you made a shitload of money out of it as your customers disappear.

@fitbit @FitbitDev I submitted 3 Fitbit clock faces for review through the Fitbit Gallery App Manager weeks ago, and nothing seems to be happening with them. Last time I submitted one's for review they took 4-6 days to be approved. Is there any issue on your side?
