I see @fitbit are at it again. Truly terrible service and what an unreliable product. At least they’ll be saving a ton of money by having no customer service team at all

What an absolute joke the @fitbit charge 5 is. Replacement is just as defective, fails to track any heart rate and gives inaccurate distance measurements. Avoid at all costs!!!

Also, issues opening the app and it freezing, so having to close it and reopen it. GPS is pretty much non existent when I set it for a run too. Never known a bigger drop in quality #fitbit #fitbitcommunity

Every time I go out for a walk on a lunchtime my heart rate dj want register at all. Is this a fault with my tracker or is it an issue you’re not fixing @fitbit @fitbituk. This happens daily now.
